What you need to register

  • Esri Events account

    This account is not linked to any other Esri or ArcGIS Online account. It will be used to register and sign in to the event portal and Esri Events app. 

    If you do not have an Esri Events account, you can create an account when you register.

  • Customer number

    If you are having difficulty locating your customer number, please email confregis@esri.com for assistance prior to registering.

  • Proof of enrollment (students only)

    To verify that you are a current student or recent graduate, please send proof of enrollment to confregis@esri.com. Examples of proof include a photo of your school ID, class schedule, or an unofficial transcript.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations received after January 11, 2027, will forfeit 50 percent of the registration fee.

Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after January 26, 2027, will forfeit their entire registration fee, and registrations received after this date are not eligible for refunds. If you need to cancel due to special circumstances, please email your request to confregis@esri.com for review.

Substitutions for registrants can be made at any time. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded. Canceling your registration will not cancel your hotel reservations, if applicable.
