General questions

Why must I be vaccinated to attend this event?

Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. Esri has been closely monitoring developments concerning COVID-19, and we are taking precautionary measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Therefore, we are asking that those who attend be fully vaccinated.

What does fully vaccinated mean?

A person is considered fully vaccinated:

  • 14 days, after their second dose in a two-dose series, such as the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.
  • 14 days, after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.

Will I need to show proof of vaccination to attend?

We will require you to provide proof of vaccination and will be working with a third-party to verify your vaccination status. More information about this process will be provided in the coming weeks.

Can I attend this event if I reside outside of the United States?

The in-person experience will only be open to those residing in the United States. After the conclusion of the in-person event, we will also offer digital access. Digital access will be available to all customers current on maintenance or subscriptions, including those who reside outside of the United States.
