Steps to apply

1. Get connected

Make sure that your My Esri account is connected to your customer number.
View instructions to connect your account

2. Start your application

Once connected, you'll be able to access the portal to submit your application.

3. Provide organization details

Add details to help attendees learn about your organization.

4. Select participation type

Tell us if you’d like to sponsor or exhibit.

5. Select a booth

Provide us with your booth preferences. 

6. Sponsorship

Choose the sponsor bundle to secure your sponsorship (optional). Remember that you must meet the minimum spend to secure your sponsorship. 

7. Customize with the à la carte menu

Enhance your presence by selecting items from the à la carte menu.

8. Agree to terms and conditions and submit your invoice details

Esri will invoice for this event and will require full payment upon receipt of invoice.

How do I get the exhibitor manual?

Exhibitor manual information will be included in the exhibitor confirmation email or delivered by the exhibits team.

Are complimentary event badges granted for sponsors or exhibitors?

Esri Partner Network (EPN) members must sponsor or exhibit to attend the conference in person. For this event, as a sponsor or exhibitor, you will be entitled to special pricing on up to two (2) registrations. Details on how to secure exhibitor registrations will be included in the exhibitor confirmation email.  Additionally, if you purchase the live session option, you will receive two more complimentary registrations for speakers. Based on capacity limitations, this is the only option for EPN partners to attend the conference.

How do I register my booth staff?

Note that registration for this in-person event is open only to individual who reside in the United States and have been fully vaccinated against coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Proof of vaccination is required. To register booth staff, you will need the private exhibitor booth staff registration link contained in the exhibitor confirmation email from Esri Exhibits.

Does Esri provide a list of attendees for this event?

This event is only open to Esri software users. The user list is proprietary information and, therefore, is not provided to exhibitors or attendees. However, Esri does code the badges for this event. You may add a lead retrieval unit to your exhibitor package, or one may be rented through the exhibitor manual, to capture attendee information.
