Esri is pleased to offer nursing rooms for the use of attendees and Esri staff during the conference. These rooms are equipped with electrical outlets and seating and are secured by key lock. What should I do if I or another person need first aid?

Conference attendees needing first aid during event hours should visit the First Aid Desk, which is located at the Palm Springs Convention Center Information Desk in Primrose Lobby. Please see the specific on-site information for the location of the desk and protocol during this event.

For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 immediately from any available phone or cell phone, then notify security staff for the site so that they can quickly direct first responders. The information and processes below will help expedite and coordinate response at each location to help ensure the fastest response possible.

What if I witness or am subjected to inappropriate behavior?

If you witness or are subjected to inappropriate behavior or have any other concerns, notify an Esri staff member at our registration desk as soon as possible.
