What are the payment options?

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards are accepted forms of payment.
  • Payments must be received prior to the conference in order to attend.
  • Cash is no longer accepted onsite.
  • For any registration or payment inquiries, please email the registration team.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations received after January 31, 2019, will forfeit 50% of their registration fee. Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after February 15, 2019, will forfeit their entire registration fee. Substitutions for registrants can be made at any time. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded.
