User Feedback and Research

How to get involved

Provide valuable insights into your use of Esri technology through our user feedback and research activities at the 2026 Esri User Conference (Esri UC) and beyond.

Visit ArcGIS product areas in the Expo

Ask questions and share feedback directly with the engineers and designers that work on the software and apps you use.

Go to the ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS apps areas to participate in surveys and moderated research activities that will inform upcoming product improvements.

Sign up for the User Research Lab

Whether you’ve never used ArcGIS or are an expert power user, help test new designs and explore innovative ideas for Esri’s software and websites.

A link to the sign-up survey will be emailed to those who have registered to attend in person. Be sure to check your inbox for the link.

Share your Esri UC experience

Sharing insights about your experience at Esri UC helps us improve the event each year. Check for daily notifications during the conference asking for your input. You can also give feedback through the events portal by clicking the “Daily UC Survey” tile on the Home page and My Schedule page.

Stay involved throughout the year

Your feedback and ideas directly influence Esri’s products, websites, and customer experiences and help us improve tools used by people globally. If you’d like to provide your input beyond Esri UC, you can stay involved with Esri’s user feedback and research programs year-round.
