Deprecation status of ArcGIS Community Analyst

ArcGIS Community Analyst will be retired on December 1, 2025. Beginning June 1, 2024, Community Analyst licenses will no longer be available for new users. Starting December 1, 2024, subscription license renewals for Community Analyst will automatically contain ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App with an Advanced license.  Customers have the option to move to Business Analyst Web App Standard if preferred.

View our resources to help you transition to ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App. The final release of Community Analyst will be in October 2024. For customers that want to migrate their project content into a Business Analyst Web App product, migration should occur after December 1, 2024. Resources are frequently updated and added to ensure that all users can stay up-to-date.
