Basemaps

Visualize geographic information in 2D maps and 3D scenes

  • Use basemaps as the foundational layer in your applications. Dozens of prestyled basemaps designed by Esri’s professional cartographers are available for use.
  • Basemaps use authoritative data as reference sources for local and global geographies and are available in more than 40 languages.
  • Enhance the visual presentation of geographic data. Customize your basemap with colors, patterns, and labels to meet your organization’s needs.
