Esri Training Pass
Simplify budget planning by purchasing an Esri Training Pass in advance, then redeeming training days for instructor-led training when needed.

You can purchase any number of training days; there is no minimum requirement.
Yes, the Training Pass expires one year from the purchase date. Any unused training days will be forfeited upon Training Pass expiration.
Upon receipt of payment, Esri will send you a fulfillment email from donotreply@esri.com. Esri will also set up a Training Pass account for users and provide account details, including your Program ID, which you will need to redeem training days.
To register for an instructor-led class, you will need your Program ID, which will be sent to you via email after purchase. Use the class schedule to select a class and begin the registration process. When prompted for payment method, select Pre-Paid Training, and enter your Program ID. Click Next to continue with the registration process.
The Training Pass administrator is the person to whom Esri will send all communications and usage reports. The Training Pass administrator is responsible for distributing the Program ID. The Program ID is required to redeem training days.
Training Pass reports are available on My Esri for individuals who have the View Training Pass permission enabled. If you have that permission, go to your organization’s page in My Esri, click the Training tab, then click Training Pass in the left-hand column.
The report includes the number of training days purchased, the number of training days consumed, the number of outstanding training days, and the Training Pass expiration date. Report data is refreshed daily. The View Training Pass permission can be requested from your organization’s My Esri administrator.
