UX Designer

UI Designer

Work with writers, designers, researchers, and strategists. Play a central role in tackling our ambitious design plans to resolve complexity. 

Understand the problem

Plan and execute discovery and research to reveal actionable insights, explore new concepts, or validate the health of live sites with users.

Think strategically

Create content-first solutions, user flows, site maps, and dynamic wireframes that enable the success of cross-functional teams.

Product Designer

Design and deliver intuitive and effective software products and experiences that solve complex problems for users in a variety of industries.

Establish design standards

Set design standards, ensure scalability, efficiency, and consistency. Improve usability/accessibility of components and champion user needs.

Maintain and evolve the system

Work with developers to update esri.com design system components and UI kits. Assess design needs and develop effective strategies to meet them.

Document and evangelize

Develop and update system specifications and documentation. Effectively communicate details to design team, stakeholders, and external audiences.
