Esri's Texas DIR Contract
Partnership
Esri is pleased to partner with the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) and TNRIS through contract DIR-CPO-4699. Through this contract Esri is offering Software, Maintenance, Training and Technical Professional Services.
Warranty
90-day warranty is subject to the License and Services language found in Section 7 of DIR-CPO-4699.
Warranty Product and Services warrantees can also be found in the Standard Master Agreements.
Return policy
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and may be subject to a restocking fee.
