13th Esri Latin American Users Conference

 
The 13th Esri Latin American Users Conference (TIG 2006) will be held October 25–27, 2006, at the Los Tajibos Hotel and Convention Center in the historic city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.

This annual Esri regional users conference in Latin America has grown to become the most significant GIS event in Latin America, attracting hundreds of users from all over the region. The conference will include user presentations, vendor technical workshops, pre- and postconference courses, social and professional networking, posters and vendor exhibits, and local folkloric presentations.

Founded in 1560 by the Jesuits, with a population of one million, tropical Santa Cruz de la Sierra is the commercial capital of Bolivia with lots of tourist resorts.
