Cloud-based solution for real-estate developers, planners, engineers, and property managers who are looking to use a single platform to access accurate and reliable sources of internal and external information. The solution will be hosted on ArcGIS Online and will be organizational user-based accessible via Web Applications tailored for each organization’s needs. Our offering is meant to ease the real-estate development process in the Israeli market, save time, reduce costs, and improve the decision-making process. Using ArcGIS Online, we are planning on offering an organizational user-based access to an extensive GIS platform and geographical information supporting three types of AEC related organizations: (1) Professional including architects, lawyers, and appraisers involved in project initiation phase. (2) Construction companies involved in the construction management phase. (3) Real-estate companies involved in the operation management phase.
