Description:

The District Environmental Information System - SISDIA is a public and free tool for citizens that searches in an integrated way, environmental spatial data of the Federal District. In this portal you will find several indicators, maps and consolidated data on the environment, as well as official references, norms, laws and government reports. All in an automated and updated way by several entities of the Federal District Government. This electronic portal offers free public access to SISDIA content, ensuring more transparency and dissemination of environmental spatial data in the Federal District. Through it, it is possible to obtain reliable information from the Federal District and, for example, monitor the execution of public policies related to the environment. The development and implementation of SISDIA are the responsibility of the State Department of the Environment of the Federal District (SEMA-DF). However, it has partner institutions that have joined together to provide qualified information in an open database, aiming at promoting sustainable development. The resources come from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) for the CITinova Project, of which SISDIA is a part. It is a multilateral program carried out by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI), in partnership with the Center for Management and Strategic Studies (CGEE) and the management of the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP).
