The Lemur Connector for Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Mobile connects Salesforce's Field Service mobile app to Lemur to provide GIS to field technicians. The solution delivers GIS to them in a completely intuitive way, with no need for technicians to learn GIS, and transfers data and workflow between Salesforce FSL and Lemur so they see Work information and GIS on the same map and can push data from work management into the GIS and vice-versa. The solution provides tailored capabilities for asset intensive industries like Utilities, Oil & Gas, Energy and any business with field service requirements for distributed assets Lemur allows Salesforce FSL mobile to integrate with Esri ArcGIS Server 10.2.2+ and/or with Esri ArcGIS Online, or Portal. These capabilities leverage feature services that already exist in an organization’s Esri GIS deployment. New functionality has been added to support damage assessment, inspection, redlining, as-builting, and other field activities. Functions include integration with Automatic Vehicle Location and geospatial event processing, leveraging the ArcGIS GeoEvent Extension for Server.
