Founded in 1984, MaintStar developed one of the first Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), with its initial system sold to Baltimore County, Maryland, over IBM. For more than 42 years, MaintStar has deployed hundreds of systems nationwide and released three generations of Enterprise Asset Management Systems. In 2016, MaintStar expanded its offerings to include Enterprise Land Management Systems. MaintStar exclusively develops its intellectual property and delivers all professional services for implementation and support.
