Ordering ESRI Press Books from Outside the United States

To help those residing outside the U.S. purchase ESRI Press books in the fastest and most economical way, we offer the following ordering options. These options apply to ESRI Press books and software documentation only. Books from other publishers, as well as merchandise (shirts and hats), can be purchased online, through your local ESRI distributor, or directly from ESRI customer service. For software, contact your local ESRI distributor.

Contact your local ESRI distributor; they may either have the books you want in stock, may order them for you, or may give you contact information for a local book distributor.

Shipping costs can exceed the cost of the book (we ship via DHL Air Courier). Our customer service department will send you e-mail confirmation of your order. In that e-mail message, we will request your permission to charge your credit card for the cost of your order including shipping charges. Please reply via e-mail to either authorize the charge or request that your order be canceled.

Note that the shipping charge does not include any customs fees, duties, or taxes that your country may impose. Normal international shipments may take up to 10 days (depending on the country and the availability of product) to clear customs and be delivered to you. Overnight service is not available for international shipments.
