Esri was awarded the National Association of Counties (NACo) Award for Corporate Excellence in March during ceremonies at NACo's 2005 Legislative Conference in Washington, D.C.

The NACo Award for Corporate Excellence is presented to companies that have demonstrated a deep corporate commitment to empower counties, county employees, and communities while advancing strategic business interests.

The award was presented to Esri for its long-standing and ongoing commitment to counties and NACo. "We appreciate the partnership between our two organizations and the benefits that have been provided to our member counties," said Angelo Kyle, NACo president.

Esri has demonstrated its sustained commitment to NACo by serving as a NACo Premier Member for the past eight years. In addition, Esri has been very active on the NACo Information Technology Committee, where it has actively participated in developing valuable and timely educational workshops.
