Township of Centre Wellington Interactive Online Mapping

gis.tcw.ca/maps/go
The Township of Centre Wellington is providing interactive online mapping services to the public. For the first time, residents and members of the public can interact with maps of the region, clicking specific parts of each map to zoom in on areas of interest. In this way, site visitors can find addresses, intersections, and facilities and learn more about local businesses and tourist attractions. Built on ArcIMS, the application implements OnPoint, a software product that gives users the ability to post geographic data on the Web quickly without programming. The township GIS staff built Web portals and defined specific features and search capabilities easily. The application's administrative and design features helped to integrate the look and feel of the township's Web site.
