Esri Hosts Seminar on Intelligent Routing with ArcLogistics

Esri President Jack Dangermond Praises the Centre's Innovative Work on E-government Programs

August 10, 2010

Redlands, California—Esri is offering a free, half-day seminar called Optimized Routing and Scheduling with ArcLogistics that will benefit businesses and governments that need to efficiently route and schedule vehicle fleets and work crews. This educational event will take place Thursday, September 30, 2010, at the Esri conference center [PDF] in Redlands.

ArcLogistics is a Web-based vehicle routing and scheduling solution that helps organizations create routes and schedules based on specific business operations including vehicle capacities, driver specialties, street network restrictions, and customer time windows. The solution is sold and scaled based on the number of vehicles, making it accessible to organizations routing any number of vehicles (from one to hundreds).

Esri created ArcLogistics specifically to help small and midsize fleets benefit from the same powerful technology that has helped large companies.

Attendees will learn how ArcLogistics can help them

ArcLogistics experts will be available to answer questions. Participants will also be able to interact with peers and share experiences and successes. The seminar will begin at 1:30 p.m. and conclude at 4:30 p.m. Seminar registration is available at www.esri.com/arclogistics-pm.
