HHS Chief Technology Officer to Keynote Esri Health GIS Conference

Redlands, California—Todd Park, chief technology officer for the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), will headline the Esri Health GIS Conference scheduled for September 7–9, 2011, in Washington, D.C.

Park will discuss how incentives in the health care system are shifting to reward improvements in quality, health, and value, and how key information to power these improvements is being liberated at multiple levels. He will also talk about the growing ecosystem of innovators who are embracing the historic opportunity to help reinvent American health care and improve health.

The Esri Health GIS Conference offers attendees the opportunity to discover cutting-edge geospatial tools, network with peers across the health continuum, and gain perspective from industry leaders. The event is open to professionals in public health, hospitals, health systems, human services, and academic health and research.
