Transform Pixels into Information with ArcGIS

Imagery is an essential data source in many industries. When combined with GIS, imagery can help users unpack more information from every pixel, create holistic solutions, and support data-driven decision-making.

The instructor-led courses below help imagery and GIS professionals build skills so they can create highly accurate 2D and 3D imagery products, analyze large volumes of imagery to identify changes, and extract insights at scale.

  • Imagery Analysis in ArcGIS Pro: This two-day course teaches best practices for displaying, processing, and creating derived raster products from imagery. Learners explore common imagery apps and practice a deep learning analysis workflow.
  • Working with Lidar Data in ArcGIS: This one-day course for GIS professionals and imagery administrators introduces light detection and ranging (lidar) data concepts, collection methods, quality-control considerations, and common applications. Participants build skills to manage, edit, visualize, and share lidar-derived 2D and 3D information products using ArcGIS Pro.

To streamline access to the courses above and many other training options, organizations can invest in the Esri Training Pass. This single purchase can be used to expand ArcGIS access to new groups of users or prepare for strategic GIS implementation.
