ArcGIS Hub is a platform for connecting people, trusted information, and opportunities for action around shared goals. Organizations use Hub to connect more effectively with communities, partners, and stakeholders by making information easier to discover, increasing transparency, improving coordination, and supporting meaningful participation.
Our roadmap
The following image provides an overview of the Hub roadmap in the near- to long-term.
We will revise the roadmap periodically to ensure it reflects our latest plans. Like any roadmap, capabilities are tentative and may evolve, be delayed, or removed from the roadmap as priorities change.

ArcGIS Enterprise Sites is being renamed ArcGIS Hub in ArcGIS Enterprise
To provide a more consistent experience across ArcGIS, ArcGIS Enterprise Sites will be renamed ArcGIS Hub in ArcGIS Enterprise. The change removes confusion caused by different product names in ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise and better reflects Hub’s role in helping organizations share information, collaborate, and engage with their audiences. Simplifying and enhancing discussions
Discussions are being redesigned to make conversations easier to start, participate in, and manage. A simplified setup, a more conversational experience, and support across sites, pages, and projects will bring feedback, questions, and coordination closer to the content and work they support.
Modernizing the layout editor
The layout editor is being modernized, beginning with project layouts, to make authoring Hub experiences simpler, faster, and more flexible. This foundational work will streamline customization and support the addition of highly requested capabilities over time, including undo and redo, version history, themes, and AI-assisted site layouts. Together, these improvements will help organizations create and maintain engaging experiences with less effort and greater confidence.
