In the November 2025 release, you will find four new solutions for state and local governments, utilities, and public safety agencies. There are also many enhancements to the existing solution portfolio that can be leveraged by organizations of all types.

What’s new

Electric Distribution Inspections

Most electric systems use a mix of overhead and underground electric distribution to deliver power to customers. Routine inspections of this electric equipment are essential for the delivery of safe and reliable power. But the large volume of assets used in the field make it difficult for electric utilities to identify and address defects before equipment fails.

Electric Distribution Inspections help utilities organize work and assess equipment condition.

If you are an electric utility who wants to understand overhead and underground asset conditions, we believe the Electric Distribution Inspections solution will help.

Gas Leak Survey

Gas leak surveys are used to detect, classify, and document leaks in a natural gas system. These critical surveys help gas utilities monitor reliability, comply with regulations, and ensure system safety. Effectively performing leak surveys can be challenging for many gas utilities because survey methods and scheduling requirements vary.

Gas Leak Survey help utilities to efficiently track and monitor inspection programs.

If you are a gas utility who wants to perform comprehensive leak surveys and quickly identify symptoms associated with gas leaks, we believe the Gas Leak Survey solution will help.

Recreation Advisories

Recreation advisories greatly affect the daily routines and recreational activities. Unexpected advisories of parks and trails lead to inconveniences and threaten the safety of recreationalists when alternate plans cannot be made. Jurisdictional discrepancies and challenges reaching the public make it difficult to share this vital information with the public.

Recreation Advisories help agencies manage and share advisory information.

If you are a park agency that wants to promote responsible use of recreation resources and minimize inconveniences, we believe the Recreation Advisories solution will help.

Short Line Rail Data Management

Short line railroads play a vital role in freight movement, often serving as the “first and last mile” for the delivery of goods. Most are operated by small organizations with limited organizational capacity that impacts their ability to manage aging infrastructure and its operation.

Short Line Rail Data Management helps operators inventory rail assets.

If you are a short line railroad who wants to understand where your rail infrastructure is located and what condition it is in, we believe the Short Line Rail Data Management solution will help.
