Join us for ArcGIS StoryMaps Live December 2025

By Lara Winegar

In case you haven’t heard, our popular classic Esri Story Maps templates that debuted in 2011 are about to be retired and will no longer be accessible. While we all loved the different templates: tour, cascade, journal, swipe, series, and shortlist, most of their functionality has been combined into one integrated ArcGIS StoryMaps builder.

If you’re new here, ArcGIS StoryMaps Live is a team-hosted chat that is live and free. Consider it your opportunity to connect directly with the StoryMaps team. This episode will feature a live demonstration showing you how to remake your favorite classic stories in the ArcGIS StoryMaps builder. After the demo you’ll have the opportunity to ask the team your questions during the Q&A portion of our chat.
