Registration includes access to all scheduled summit events, such as the Plenary Session, panel discussions, user presentations, and networking opportunities.
Yes, due to space restrictions, registration is limited for this event. All attendees must request to attend.
Yes, you can register on-site. However, we encourage all attendees to register online before the event to avoid delays.
Yes, once you submit your registration, you will receive an email confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the information provided, we will reach out to you.
- If you need to cancel due to special circumstances, please email confregis@esri.com with your request for review.
- Substitutions for registrants can be made at any time. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation, if applicable.
You will use an Esri Events account. This account is not linked to any other Esri or ArcGIS Online account. It will be used to register and sign in to the event portal and Esri Events app.
General attendance questions
Yes. This event is not limited to US residents.
The request for a Certificate of Attendance can be accessed on the Attendee Portal page starting on the first day of the event. Upon request, a PDF certificate is generated and sent via email to the address associated with your registration.
We do not offer continuing education credits for attending the event.
Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. If you witness or are subjected to inappropriate behavior or have any other concerns, notify an Esri staff member as soon as possible. Appropriate action will be taken to ensure that the event maintains a safe and constructive environment for everyone—free of harassment, aggression, and intimidation.
The consequences of such behavior may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Immediate removal from a session or meeting
- Restricted access to future Esri events
- Denial of attendance to future Esri events
Esri reserves the right to take any or all of these disciplinary actions as deemed necessary for all events. We ask that all Esri staff and event attendees be mindful of the Esri Code of Conduct for Conferences and Community Spaces during the event.

Yes, if you are registered for the event, your scheduled sessions and items you mark as favorites will automatically transfer when you sign in to the Esri Events app.
Additionally, if you change your personalized schedule in the app, those sessions will be transferred to the Detailed Agenda on the web.
Please note, only registered attendees have access to schedule the sessions associated with their registration.
Accessibility questions
This is a global event with a diverse community of attendees, and Esri embraces and respects the religious affiliations of all. Attendees have access to a prayer or quiet room to reflect, meditate, and practice their faith at our event. Please visit the Registration Desk for the location of and access to the room.
Esri is pleased to offer nursing rooms for attendees and Esri staff during the event. These rooms are equipped with seating and electrical outlets and can be secured by key lock. Please visit the Registration Desk for the location of and access to a nursing room or to arrange accommodations if you have any special requirements, such as a need to store expressed milk.
For the safety and security of all involved, all event sessions, tracks, and exhibits are for registered attendees only, unless otherwise noted. All registered event attendees must be at least 18 years of age (see information below for attendees traveling with infants).
Infants (children under two years of age) may accompany registered attendees into event sessions, workshops, the Expo, and other activities if the infant is in a carrier and supervised at all times. If the infant begins to fuss or creates a distraction for other activity attendees, the parent should step out to attend to the infant (please see the Esri Code of Conduct for Conferences and Community Spaces).
Exceptions may apply, so we request that attendees reach out and discuss individual needs with the Esri accessibility team.
American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters are available at the event. Attendees who need the services of an ASL interpreter are asked to email their request with their schedule to confregis@esri.com.
Service animals (as defined by the ADA’s standards) are welcome at the event. Service animals are defined as dogs that are "individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability.” Please reach out to the Esri accessibility team if you have any special requirements.
Event attendees needing first aid during event hours should visit the Registration Desk, located in the Building Q Atrium.
For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 immediately from any available phone or cell phone, then notify security staff of the location so they can quickly direct first responders.
Virtual attendance questions
Digital access allows you to experience select event content at your convenience. This includes access to live streams of the Plenary and Keynote Sessions, user presentations, and panel discussions.
Live stream content begins on April 14, 2026.
Session recordings may be made publicly available via the event proceedings.
When the detailed agenda is available, you can use the “Available virtually” and “Access Type equals Live stream” filters to find out which sessions will be streamed live. You can join live stream sessions during their scheduled times.

Yes, anyone who registers for the in-person event will automatically receive digital access once it becomes available.

Digital access to the Geodesign Summit includes live streams only. Select sessions may be recorded during the event and made available at a later date.
