When connectivity resumes, edits are uploaded and synchronized with the server, keeping your entire workforce in sync.
Use local data to search for locations (geocoding and reverse geocoding) while offline. Optimize data for a specific area that can be downloaded onto your users' devices (preplanned workflow), or users can download data as they pan/zoom (on-demand or ad-hoc workflow).
