Turkish reconstruction law facilitates the cadastral reorganization of the parcels on a Application Plan Section. The exisiting parcels are combined on a planning section and new parcels are generated according to the planned building islands. Up to 40% of the private land can be used for public areas. The functions are provided below: • Determination of planning area • Consistency control of cadastral areas with title deed areas. • Preparation of subdivision and application diagrams • Generation of application plan parcels • Share calculation for certain application plan parcels • Preparation of distribution tables
