Start your day feeling centered and alert with yoga on the lawn—open to all levels. Each class will begin with gentle, warming poses and flow through a sequence of sun salutations, as well as standing, seated and inverted poses. Yogis will focus on breath control and present-moment awareness, while maintaining a strong foundation and optimal alignment principles. Modifications to poses will be offered so students can work at their own levels. Class ends with a relaxing and meditative Savasana pose.
