Jie Chang

Jie Chang is a Product Engineer on the 3D Analysis team at Esri. He specializes in 3D, lidar, imagery, spatial analysis, deep learning, and web GIS. He received his Ph.D. in Geospatial Information Sciences from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2011.
