Collector for ArcGIS v10.3.2 release

If you use Collector for ArcGIS on an Android device, you may have noticed that we updated the app to version 10.3.2 on July 14th. It is available now for download in Google Play as well as the Amazon App Store. Today we submitted Collector to the Apple App Store and it should be available for download in the next couple of weeks.

So what is v10.3.2 all about? Well it is a pretty strategic bug fix release for both platforms and you can find details about each issue we addressed here:

For the iOS platform, we have added the ability to use the new Navigator for ArcGIS app (currently in beta and releasing very soon!) and Collector together. If Navigator is installed and you tap “Directions to here” within Collector, Navigator will open and calculate a route from your current location to the destination you tapped on inside Collector so you can get to where you need to be.

If you use your own routing service or would prefer to stay within the Collector app to get directions, you can turn this functionality off in the Settings menu:

Happy Collecting and we hope to see you next week at our annual Users Conference in San Diego. Come see our workshops or visit the dev team at the Apps Island in the exhibit hall!
