Registration questions

No, there is no registration limit for this event.

Yes, you can register on-site.

Once you submit your registration, you will receive an email confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the information provided, we will reach out to you.

  • For cancellations received before February 9, 2024, registrants will forfeit 50 percent of their registration fee.

  • Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after February 23, 2024, will forfeit their entire registration fee, and registrations received after this date will not be eligible for refunds. If you need to cancel due to special circumstances, please email confregis@esri.com with your request for review.

  • Substitutions for registrants can be made at any time. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation, if applicable.

General attendance questions

Self-parking is available at a daily rate of $8 per vehicle. The convention center has two parking lots. One is located to the east of the facility on north Avenida Caballeros (Caballeros Lot), and a second is located southwest of the facility on east Andreas Road (Andreas Lot).

Esri is committed to protecting the health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, employees, and presenters. We follow the established protocols from the World Health Organization (WHO) and local health authorities and ask that all event attendees do the same. We encourage everyone to make informed decisions about attending our events in the best interest of their health as well as the health of others.

Yes, this event is not limited to US residents.

Upon request, we can provide a certificate of attendance after the event. Email confregis@esri.com to request your certificate. Unfortunately, we do not offer continuing education credits for attending the Esri Developer Summit.

Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. If you witness or are subjected to inappropriate behavior or have any other concerns, notify an Esri staff member at our Registration Desk as soon as possible. Appropriate action will be taken to ensure that the event maintains a safe and constructive environment for everyone—free of harassment, aggression, and intimidation.

The consequences of such behavior may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Immediate removal from a session or meeting
  • Restricted access to future Esri events
  • Denial of admission to future Esri events

Esri reserves the right to take any or all these disciplinary actions as deemed necessary for all events. We ask that all Esri staff and event attendees be mindful of the  Esri Code of Conduct for conferences and community spaces during the summit.

 

Accessibility questions

As a global event with a diverse community, Esri embraces and respects the religious affiliations of our community. Attendees have access to a prayer/quiet space to reflect, meditate, and practice their faith at our event. Please visit the Registration Desk in the Primrose Lobby for the location of and access to the room.

Esri is pleased to offer nursing rooms for attendees and Esri staff during the summit. These rooms are equipped with seating and electrical outlets and can be secured by key lock. Please visit the Registration Desk for the location of and access to a nursing room or to arrange accommodations if you have any special requirements, such as a need to store expressed milk.

For the safety and security of all involved, all summit sessions, tracks, and exhibits are for registered attendees only, unless otherwise noted. All registered summit attendees must be at least 18 years of age (see information below for attendees traveling with infants).

Infants (children under two years of age) may accompany registered attendees into event sessions, workshops, the Expo, and other activities if the infant is in a carrier and supervised at all times. If the infant begins to fuss or creates a distraction for other activity attendees, the parent should step out to attend to the infant (please see the Esri Code of Conduct for conferences and community spaces).

Digital access questions

Digital access allows you to experience select content from the in-person event at your convenience. This includes live streams of the Plenary Sessions and exclusive access to live streams of over 30 technical sessions.

Recordings of live streamed sessions will be available for replay later on the day of each session. More than 100 other session recordings will be added to digital access in April. Digital access will begin on March 12, 2024, and will remain available through May 20, 2024.

Recordings will be made publicly available when proceedings are released in late May.

In the Detailed Agenda, you can filter the session list by access type using the filters in the left column.

Select the live stream option to review sessions that will be live streamed . Live stream sessions can be joined during their scheduled times, and each recording will be available shortly after the session concludes.

Select the recorded option to review sessions that will have recordings available. Recordings for live streamed sessions will be available the same day they are held. Recordings for sessions that are not live streamed will be available in April 2024.

Yes, anyone who has registered for the in-person event will automatically receive digital access once it becomes available.

Digital access will be available through May 20, 2024. Recordings will be made publicly available when proceedings are released in late May.

Select sessions will include interactive components, such as the ability to ask text-based questions during the scheduled times.

Select sessions will be available for viewing later the same day they've been shown and can be accessed at any time once they’re available.

Scheduled sessions of the Esri Developer Summit will be shown in Pacific time (PT). All times on the Detailed Agenda are listed in PT as well as your browser’s time zone.

Digital access for the event is supported on current non-beta versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. Please note that Internet Explorer is not supported. For the optimal experience, we recommend using Chrome and to make sure your web browser is configured to have JavaScript and cookies enabled and pop-up blockers disabled.

Yes, our responsive interface is designed to be mobile and tablet friendly. Mobile versions of Chrome and Safari are supported; for optimal performance, ensure that your browser is up-to-date.
