Registration

You will use an Esri Events account. This account is not linked to any other Esri or ArcGIS Online account. It will be used to register and sign in to the event portal and Esri Events App.

If you’ve already signed in to the 2025 Esri User Conference (Esri UC) with your ArcGIS Online account to submit content or an exhibitor application, click “Forgot password?” to create your Esri Events account.

An Esri Events account is a universal event username and password that can be used for all Esri events. Once you create your new profile, it will be saved into our event management system.

  • Exhibitor applications
  • Using the Esri Events App

General attendance

Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. If you witness or are subjected to inappropriate behavior or have any other concerns, notify an Esri staff member at our Registration Desk as soon as possible. Appropriate action will be taken to ensure that the event maintains a safe and constructive environment for everyone—free of harassment, aggression, and intimidation.

The consequences of such behavior may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Immediate removal from a session or meeting
  • Restricted access to future Esri events
  • Denial of admission to future Esri events

Esri reserves the right to take any or all of these disciplinary actions as deemed necessary for all events. We ask that all Esri staff and event attendees be mindful of the Esri Code of Conduct for Conferences and Community Spaces during the summit.

Upon request, we can provide a certificate of attendance after the event. Email confregis@esri.com to request your certificate. Unfortunately, we do not offer continuing education credits for attending the Esri Safety & Security Summit.

Accessibility

This is a global event with a diverse community of attendees, and Esri embraces and respects the religious affiliations of all. Attendees have access to a prayer or quiet room to reflect, meditate, and practice their faith at our event. Please visit the Registration Desk for the location of and access to the room.

Esri is pleased to offer lactation rooms for attendees and Esri staff during the event. These rooms are equipped with seating and electrical outlets and can be secured by keylock. Please visit the Registration Desk for the location of and access to a lactation room or to arrange accommodations if you have any special requirements, such as a need to store expressed milk.

For the safety and security of all involved, all event sessions, tracks, and exhibits are for registered attendees only, unless otherwise noted. All registered event attendees must be at least 18 years of age (reference information below for attendees traveling with infants).

Infants (children under two years of age) may accompany registered attendees into event sessions and other activities if the infant is placed in a carrier and supervised at all times. If the infant begins to fuss or creates a distraction for other activity attendees, the parent should step out to attend to the infant (please refer to the Esri Code of Conduct for Conferences and Community Spaces).

Exceptions may apply, so we request that attendees reach out and discuss individual needs with the Esri accessibility team.

American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters are available at the event. Attendees who need the services of an ASL interpreter are asked to email their request with their schedule to confregis@esri.com.

Service animals (as defined by the ADA’s standards) are welcome at the event. Service animals are defined as dogs that are "individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability.” Please reach out to the Esri accessibility team if you have any special requirements.

Event attendees needing first aid during event hours should visit the First Aid Desk, located in the Hilton San Diego Bayfront.

For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 immediately from any available phone or cell phone, then notify security staff of the location so they can quickly direct first responders.
