News about this year's crossover virtual event

We have created a crossover virtual event for GIS professionals and our infrastructure community called the Esri Infrastructure Management & GIS Conference. The event is currently scheduled for October 27–30, 2020. The Esri GeoConX Conference will not take place this year; however, the new event has GIS learning for utility and telecommunications professionals in store. Why was this event changed?

We are merging our content to provide an even larger event called the Esri Infrastructure Management & GIS Conference, to be held October 27–30, 2020. The virtual event will showcase vital topics, technology, and updates relevant to the water; electric; telecommunications; architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC); gas and pipeline; and transportation industries.

If I am already registered for the Esri GeoConX Conference, will my registration be automatically transferred to the Esri Infrastructure Management & GIS Conference in October?

Registrations will not be transferred to the new event. You will need to register for the Esri Infrastructure Management & GIS Conference separately.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Registration fees will be refunded. No additional action will be required. If you have any questions or concerns, call Esri at 1-888-377-4576.

What is happening with paper submissions?

Thank you for participating in the Esri GeoConX Conference Call for Papers. Your submission will be considered for the Esri Infrastructure Management & GIS Conference this October. We will notify you once the agenda committee has reviewed all submissions. If you have any questions, please email papers@esri.com.
