Registration includes access to all scheduled events and activities, including the Plenary Session, conference sessions (technical, sales enablement, sector, etc.), the Partner Experience Center, and networking opportunities.
No, there is no registration limit for this event.
Yes, you can register on-site. However, we encourage all attendees to register online before the event to avoid delays.
Yes, once you submit your registration, you will receive an email confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the information provided, we will reach out to you.
- Cancellations received after February 5, 2027, will forfeit 50 percent of the registration fee.
- Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after February 19, 2027, will forfeit their entire registration fee, and registrations received after this date are not eligible for refunds. If you need to cancel due to special circumstances, please email your request to confregis@esri.com for review.
- Substitutions for registrants can be made at any time. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded. Canceling your registration will not cancel your hotel reservations, if applicable.
You will use an Esri Events account. This new account is not linked to any other Esri or ArcGIS Online account. It will be used to register and sign in to the event portal and Esri Events app.
Registration and badge pickup is in the Palm Springs Convention Center Primrose Lobby.
General attendance
Yes, this event is not limited to US residents.
Esri is committed to protecting the health and safety of our attendees, including exhibitors, employees, and presenters. We follow the established protocols from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and local health authorities and ask that all in-person event attendees do the same.
We encourage each individual to make informed decisions about attending our events in the best interest of their health as well as the health of others.

You can request a Certificate of Attendance via the Attendee Portal page starting on the first day of the event. Upon request, a PDF certificate is generated and sent via email to the address associated with your registration.
Unfortunately, we do not offer continuing credits for attending Esri Partner Conference.
Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. If you witness or are subjected to inappropriate behavior or have any other concerns, notify an Esri staff member at our Registration Desk as soon as possible. Appropriate action will be taken to ensure that the event maintains a safe and constructive environment for everyone—free of harassment, aggression, and intimidation.
The consequences of such behavior may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Immediate removal from a session or meeting
- Restricted access to future Esri events
- Denial of admission to future Esri events
Esri reserves the right to take any or all these disciplinary actions as deemed necessary for all events. We ask that all Esri staff and event attendees be mindful of the Esri Code of Conduct for conferences and community spaces during this event.

Get access to the Esri Events app with the same Esri account credentials that were used for your event registration. If you can't remember your account info, verify your ID and password by referencing your registration confirmation email.
Yes, if you are registered for the event, your scheduled sessions and items you mark as favorites will automatically transfer when you sign in to the Esri Events app.
Additionally, if you change your personalized schedule in the app, those sessions will be transferred to the detailed agenda on the web.
Please note, only registered attendees have access to schedule the sessions associated with their registration.
Hotels and transportation
Self-parking is available at a daily rate of $10 per vehicle. The convention center has two parking lots. One is located to the East of the facility on North Avenida Caballeros (Caballeros lot), and a second is located southwest of the facility on east Andreas Road (Andreas lot).
Yes, we are pleased to offer room blocks to groups of eight or more at our partner hotels. This is a convenient way to secure rooms in advance at a discounted rate.
The deadline to submit a group block request is January 18, 2027.
The number of rooms and requested hotels are not guaranteed, and Esri will make the final selection based on availability. Depending on group block size and availability, rooms may be split between hotels to accommodate the block request.
Due to availability limitations, the maximum number of rooms requested per night cannot exceed 50.
