Registration includes access to all scheduled events and activities, inclduing the Plenary Session, conference sessions (technical, sales enablement, sector, etc.), Partner Experience Center, and networking opportunities.
No, there is no registration limit for this event.
Yes, you can register on-site. However, we encourage all attendees to register online before the event to avoid delays.
Yes, once you submit your registration, you will receive an email confirming that it has been received. If we are unable to verify the information provided, we will reach out to you. If your registration details are confirmed, a final confirmation email with check-in details will be sent.
- Cancellations received after February 6, 2026, will forfeit 50 percent of the registration fee.
- Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after February 20, 2026, will forfeit their entire registration fee, and registrations received after this date are not eligible for refunds. If you need to cancel due to special circumstances, please email your request to confregis@esri.com for review.
- Substitutions for registrants can be made at any time. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded. Canceling your registration will not cancel your hotel reservations, if applicable.
Yes, this event is not limited to US residents.
General attendance
Esri is committed to protecting the health and safety of our attendees, including exhibitors, employees, and presenters. We follow the established protocols from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and local health authorities and ask that all in-person event attendees do the same.
We encourage each individual to make informed decisions about attending our events in the best interest of their health as well as the health of others.

The request for a Certificate of Attendance can be accessed on the Attendee Portal page starting on the first day of the event. Upon request, a PDF certificate is generated and sent via email to the address associated with your registration.
We do not offer continuing education credits for attending the event.
Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. If you witness or are subjected to inappropriate behavior or have any other concerns, notify an Esri staff member at our Registration Desk as soon as possible. Appropriate action will be taken to ensure that the event maintains a safe and constructive environment for everyone—free of harassment, aggression, and intimidation.
The consequences of such behavior may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Immediate removal from a session or meeting
- Restricted access to future Esri events
- Denial of admission to future Esri events
Esri reserves the right to take any or all these disciplinary actions as deemed necessary for all events. We ask that all Esri staff and event attendees be mindful of the Esri Code of Conduct for conferences and community spaces during this event.

Yes, if you are registered for the event, your scheduled sessions and items you mark as favorites will automatically transfer when you sign in to the Esri Events app.
Additionally, if you change your personalized schedule in the app, those sessions will be transferred to the detailed agenda on the web.
Please note, only registered attendees have access to schedule the sessions associated with their registration.
Hotels and transportation
Self-parking is available at a daily rate of $10 per vehicle. The convention center has two parking lots. One is located to the East of the facility on North Avenida Caballeros (Caballeros lot), and a second is located southwest of the facility on east Andreas Road (Andreas lot).
Yes, we are pleased to offer room blocks to groups of eight or more at our partner hotels. This is a convenient way to secure rooms in advance at a discounted rate.
