Registration questions
You will need an Esri Events account. This new account is not linked to any other Esri or ArcGIS Online account. It will be used to register and sign in to the event portal and Esri Events App.
If you’ve already signed in to the 2025 Esri User Conference (Esri UC) with your ArcGIS Online account to submit content or an exhibitor application, click “Forgot password?” to create your new Esri Events account.
An Esri Events account is a new universal event username and password that can be used for all Esri events. Once you create your new profile, it will be saved into our event management system.
This new profile will replace all previous methods used to sign in, such as your My Esri or ArcGIS Online accounts. Your Esri Events account will streamline signing in and allow you to access all event-related activities, such as:
- Registering for events
- Submitting abstracts
- Exhibitor applications
- Using the Esri Events App
To create an Esri Events account, you’ll need to provide the following:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address

If you need to cancel due to special circumstances, please email confregis@esri.com with your request for review.
Substitutions for registrants can be made at any time. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. Yes, there will be an opportunity to participate in the conference virtually. Digital access will include the Plenary Session and select live and recorded sessions. Please refer to the Registration Details page for information on what is included with digital access.
Select sessions require attendees to make a reservation to attend. Reservations help provide a better planning experience for you ahead of the event.
Making a reservation is easy: Once you register for Esri UC, simply add those sessions to your schedule in the Detailed Agenda to save your place. If a session is full, you can join a wait list. If attendees with a reservation remove the session from their schedule, the next person on the wait list will automatically receive that open reservation. Wait lists will only be available before the conference.
Visit the Esri UC Summit Events page for additional details on summit reservations.
General attendance questions
Upon request, we can provide a certificate of attendance after the event. Email confregis@esri.com to request your certificate. Unfortunately, we do not offer continuing education credits for attending the Esri User Conference.
Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. If you witness or are subjected to inappropriate behavior or have any other concerns, notify an Esri staff member at our Registration Desk as soon as possible. Exceptions may apply, so we request that attendees reach out and discuss individual needs with the Esri accessibility team.
