Step-by-step instructions to book a discounted hotel reservation

Step one
Register for the Esri User Conference. Before you can book your hotel, you must be a registered attendee.

Step two
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your Attendee Portal. In your Attendee Portal, you will have unique links to book your hotel reservations. These links give you access to the participating hotels and discounted room rate information.

Group hotel reservations

We’re pleased to offer room blocks to groups of 10 or more at our partner hotels. Review the frequently asked questions for details on group hotel reservations. Book for a group by filling out the group block request form using the link below. Group block requests must be submitted before May 14, 2026.

  • Key cancellation dates

    After May 14, 2026, any cancellation will incur a $100 cancellation fee. The last day to make or update reservations is June 15, 2026.

  • Beware of non-Esri solicitors

    Unauthorized housing providers claiming to be associated with Esri may contact you to make special offers for hotel reservations or request nonrefundable deposits via email, phone, or fax. Please make all accommodation arrangements through Esri directly.

Frequently asked questions

No, you must first register for the event. Your registration confirmation email will contain a link to your Attendee Portal. In your Attendee Portal, you will have unique links that give you access to the participating hotels with discounted room rate information.

Event attendees may modify or cancel their existing hotel reservation by using a link provided in their hotel confirmation email or through their attendee portal.

  • Cancellations should be made no later than May 14, 2026; a $100 fee will apply for cancellations made after this date. Name changes to hotel reservations can be made through June 15, 2026, by contacting us at uchotelres@esri.com.
  • Any changes, including cancellations, made after June 15, 2026, need to be made directly with the hotel, and the individual hotel cancellation policy will apply. Please note, the hotel will not have record of your reservation until after June 16, 2026.
  • Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation, if applicable.

  • Groups may request blocks of 10 or more hotel rooms per night. Depending on group block size and availability, rooms may be split between hotels to accommodate the block request.
  • The maximum number of rooms requested per night cannot exceed 70.
  • The number of rooms and requested hotels are not guaranteed, and Esri will make the final selection based on availability.

No, Esri does not provide transportation to or from the event. We suggest that you check with your hotel to see if they offer shuttle service.

  • United MileagePlus members earn valuable miles for their travel when using the Meetings discount code. Booking fees are waived for Meetings reservations. Make your reservations online.
