Jorge Medina

Jorge Medina serves as Esri’s International Government Lead for the Americas. Bringing over 20 years of business development experience from organizations such as NC4, IBM, ChoicePoint, and i2 Group, he has built a career on identifying untapped regional and global markets and driving growth across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East & Africa, and the Americas. A seasoned software sales leader, Jorge has built a career distinguished by consistent revenue growth, cost optimization, and extensive expertise in contract negotiations. His work spans collaborations with federal and state/local agencies, system integrators, distributors, business partners, and Fortune 500 companies worldwide. He holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from George Mason University and graduated with honors from TESST Computer Institute, where he specialized in programming and hardware. He is also a proud member of the institute’s exclusive President’s Club.
