Michael Herzberger

Michael Herzberger is the Deputy Director of the South Carolina Broadband Office under the Office of Regulatory Staff (ORS). Michael has 20 years of experience working with State, Local and Federal Government across the mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the US fostering creative solutions to support environmental and infrastructure-based challenges. He is an accredited Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM), and a Certified GIS Professional (GISP), with a Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University located in Baltimore Maryland (2005).
