Description:
Developed biennial targeted training for EGMO in response to corrective actions stemming from the FY2022 Office of Inspector General (OIG) audit, implemented during FY2023. The training supports the USDA geospatial community of practice and was initially assigned to nearly 42,000 staff through AgLearn. In FY2025, conducted a comprehensive review of training assignments, reassigned the appropriate personnel, and oversaw implementation. This effort resulted in a department wide completion rate exceeding 96 percent since May 2025
