Led a cross-mission team of four geospatial staff during FY2022 and FY2023 to evaluate the FY2020 USDA Geospatial Strategic Plan (GSP) and authored an executive summary to guide the FY2025 update. Collaborated with EGMO leadership to initiate the strategic planning process. Conducted a comprehensive review of geospatial strategies from other federal departments, synthesizing key insights and linking references to inform USDA’s planning framework. This effort supports USDA’s alignment with statutory mandates and advances the effective use of geospatial data for interagency coordination and public service delivery.
