Delivered geospatial analysis and digital mapping of USDA facility locations to support Office of Safety, Security and Protection's (OSSP) Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) credentialing strategy, optimizing site placement through drive-time coverage and gap analysis, and implementing dynamic, user-accessible mapping capabilities for credentialing site discovery. The purpose of this tool is to provide USDA applicants, cardholders, and other stakeholders with a user-friendly map-based application that identifies the closest USAccess supported LincPass and AltLinc credentialing services locations to the user. This tool allows for the filtering of locations by service type to make finding the right location as easy as possible.
