If you have a data business you may have already considered the DaaS opportunity as a means to serve your customers. If so, you have probably discovered that there are many challenges along the way - in monetizing a DaaS offering, in providing a reliable and predictable service and in meeting customer expectations. That’s where we can help. Europa Technologies is an Esri Business Partner specialising in the supply of global map data. We have launched a hosted service, viaEuropa, to deliver our global data as map tiles using a DaaS delivery model. It supports ArcGIS Desktop, Esri web mapping APIs and many other technologies besides. We are now offering to use the viaEuropa platform to deliver 3rd party content in the same way. By utilising an existing service you can rapidly bring a DaaS offering to market and leapfrog those that are still building a service from scratch. We can even offer viaEuropa under an OEM style model allowing you to brand and market the service as your own for your customers; you can choose to use our private cloud hosting infrastructure or you can use your own local servers.
