GapMaps provides Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) location intelligence datasets for spatial analysis, market planning and location based decision making. The datasets integrate with GIS platforms such as ArcGIS, data warehouses and business intelligence tools. The GapMaps data portfolio includes Point of Interest (POI) data covering 200m locations across 200+ countries updated monthly. It also includes demographic data with estimates of resident and worker populations, consuming class and retail spending power available at granular 150m grids in major cities. Visitation data is derived from consent based GPS signals and shows movement patterns including origin destination flows, visit frequency and dwell times. Road and pedestrian traffic data provides nationwide vehicle and foot traffic insights for transport analysis, site selection and infrastructure planning. Additional datasets include consumer segmentation data that combines demographic, lifestyle, socio economic, retail, media and technology attributes to classify populations into audience segments at up to 100x100 metre grid resolution. Hotels and hospitality data provides global coverage of accommodation providers and tourism infrastructure. Delivered in structured geospatial formats, GapMaps enables organisations across retail, real estate, financial services, consulting and government to perform spatial analytics for site selection, market analysis, customer profiling, infrastructure planning and investment research.
