Esri Ocean GIS Forum

November 6 - November 8  | Esri Conference Center, Redlands, Ca

Why and How We Map the Ocean

The Ocean GIS Community is a unique group of oceanographers, geologists, biologists, hydrographers, and coastal managers. We represent Federal, State and Local Government, Conservation Science, Commercial Operators, Defense, and more. We learn about and map the ocean by collecting data, integrating and sharing with other sources, and we create data products and services that inform our understanding. Join us at the Esri Ocean GIS Forum to share new data collection methods or research, contributing to the future of Ocean GIS. We will discuss ways multi-dimensional data and web apps can help people put scientific information to work in your organization, so you can consider the potential for sharing knowledge across disciplines and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. This is your chance to work with the ocean GIS community as it forges new concepts in ocean analytics and applications.
