The Esri SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) team offers extensive depth and significant breadth of experience in the proposed zones that is directly applicable to the functional areas identified. The Esri SeaPort-e team has decades of experience in many facets of system and software engineering, IT support, and program/task order management. The team has supported the Navy, Marine Corps, and Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) directly as well as other federal government agencies, state and local governments, and commercial vendors. This support has been provided in many forms including commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software, various government off-the-shelf (GOTS) solutions, and services required by the identified customers.
The Esri SeaPort-e team has proven itself with past performance supporting the Department of Defense, Navy, Marine Corps, and DTRA with the entire life cycle engineering process including hardware/software, deployment support, and project management.
