Flora is a Product Engineer on Esri’s Spatial Data Science team, where she develops tools that empower others to use spatial analysis and data visualization to answer questions and solve problems. In addition to her engineering work, she loves teaching analytical methods through conceptual illustrations and co-authored and illustrated the book 'Spatial Statistics Illustrated'. Flora holds a degree in Geography and GIS from the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing a PhD in Information Systems and Technology at Claremont Graduate University.
