ArcGIS Pro 3.7 Now Supports S-101 ENC Nautical Symbology

By Michelle Bush

Portrayal Support for S-100 IHO Standards is now available in ArcGIS Pro!

Hydrographic organizations around the world are facing a significant transition from the legacy S-57 Electronic Navigational Chart (ENC) standard to the new S-100 standards, and Esri is supporting this transition.

With the release of ArcGIS Pro 3.7 you can bring S-101 Edition 2.0.0 datasets into a map, and they will draw using the official International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) S-101 portrayal catalogue.

For agencies that produce or leverage S-100 data, this means that they can now view these next-generation products in ArcGIS Pro.
