Coming Soon: New Technical Support Site Experience

If you’re an ArcGIS user who leverages Esri’s Technical Support, you are going to have an entirely new experience soon. We can’t wait to introduce it to you soon. 

A new look (and more) 

The first thing we expect you’ll notice is the new Technical Support experience offers a modern appearance.

A sneak peek at the new Technical Support experience coming soon. Here you can see the current site is darker with the blue navigational components and a look at the new, brighter streamlined site.


But there will be so much more than an improved look. In fact, our team worked tirelessly over the past year to improve your support experience.   


We’ll explain more when the site goes live, but you can expect:

✔️ Opportunities to provide feedback to the Technical Support team
