Technical Support Subscription Plan
Esri offers an annual support plan for the Geoportal Server. Support includes unlimited Web (e-mail and chat) and phone support from Esri's technology experts (Available Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time).
Note: Technical Support for the Esri Geoportal Server is available as a yearly subscription.
Esri Geoportal Server Jumpstart Packages—Get your geoportal up and running quickly with Esri's expert onsite setup, configuration, and training services.

Esri Remote Developer Support—Get timely remote consulting support for your geoportal implementation. This package provides 20 hours of telephone, e-mail, and webcast support directly from Esri Geoportal Server technical staff located at Esri headquarters in Redlands, California (available during standard Esri office hours).
